Smells and Tastes Odd
I love Coffee Mate Hazelnut and thought this would be just as delicious. Bought it and immediately opened it and was hit with this strange, almost indescribable smell. Didn’t smell anything like the original hazelnut; but an off, weird, coconut gone wrong smell. The taste was unfortunately not good either, and I’ve tried it with three other brands of coffee. I had my boyfriend, as well as a few willing family members, try it and they all said the same. Not sure why or what the smell and taste is, but I think I’ll stick to the original hazelnut that I know is delicious or maybe try the Sweet Cream flavor... But for sure will be staying away from this flavor.

Hazelnut Creamer
I purchased this about a week ago, and thought maybe it had expired, but it doesn't expire until months from now. The stench is unbearable, and almost has a chemical smell to it. I certainly hope that there wasn't false advertisement, or that the 'Natural Flavor', is in fact something that have a GMO. I don't need (or desire) an email from the company, but I really enjoy the vanilla creamer which is why I thought I'd try this. However, given the fact that I am not the only one with these same complaints, hopefully they will discontinue this flavor, or at the very least, be truthful with the ingredient as to why it smells, and tastes strange.

Unimpressed...love the vanilla so much more
I bought this because I love the natural vanilla creamer and thought I'd give this a try. I actually love the original hazelnut coffee mate so I was confused by the difference in flavor between that and the natural one. Going to throw it away unfortunately and continue to buy the original or natural vanilla

Hated it!
I’ve never tried hazelnut before so I decided to give this product a try. I was extremely disappointed! When I opened it and smelled it my first thought was....Really?? First try and I have to take this back? Smells like sweet mold. So I take a look at the date, it’s May 2018. Supposed to be still good. So I think...ok, so maybe hazelnut has a weird musk to it I didn’t know about. I decided to suck it up and try it anyway. My best description....if you like a piping hot cup of moldy nut flavored coffee, this product will get you there! Will never buy this again and this bottle will go in the trash. Sorry Coffe-Mate....two thumbs down for this one and a very disappointed customer.

Unrecognizable as similar CM Hazelnut products
I have enjoyed the Hazelnut creamer for many years as my favorite coffee additive, and I have tried all versions, even the powder and travel-size, and can differentiate between regular, fat-free, and sugar-free (my go-to selection). In my attempt to reduce aspartame consumption, I've tried the Natural Bliss version. It might be a healthier alternative, but it would be my last choice. I just bought the Vanilla. Since this is a fresh option for me and I don't have a preconceived notion of what it should taste like, maybe it will be a hit, rather than a miss.

Hazelnut is just o.k.
I tried this because I was looking for an alternative to regular Coffee Mate because of all the ingredients that are not good for you. I am happy that the milk used is has no rSBT. Am wondering what the cows are fed. Also, would love it if there was a sugar free version using a healthy non gmo organic sugar substitute
