PLACE coffee, coconut milk and Coffee-mate Caramel Latte Flavor Liquid in a small saucepan; heat until desired temperature. Remove from heat. Use an immersion blender or a whisk to create foam. Using a large spoon to hold back foam, pour mixture into two mugs. Top with milk foam.
