Ingredients

  • 7 cups lowfat milk
  • 1 bottle (16 fluid ounces) COFFEE-MATE® Hazelnut Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons NESCAFÉ CLÁSICO 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
  • 1/3 cup masa flour (corn flour for tamales)

Directions

COMBINE milk, Coffee-mate Hazelnut Flavor Liquid, coffee granules and masa harina in large saucepan; mix until smooth. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Serve immediately.

NOTE: The mixture can be strained through a fine sieve before serving if a smoother Atole is desired.
