Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons COFFEE-MATE® Original Flavor Powdered Coffee Creamer
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup dried black boba tapioca pearls
  • Cold water or milk of choice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk or simple syrup
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice

Directions

PLACE water in 1-cup volume glass measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 45 seconds or until hot. Stir in Coffee-mate Original Flavor Powder and matcha until dissolved. Refrigerate while making boba.

PREPARE ¼ cup boba according to package directions; spoon into tall glass.

TOP matcha mixture off with enough cold water or milk to reach 3/4 cup volume.

FILL cocktail shaker half full with ice; add matcha mixture and sweetened condensed milk. Cover and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into glass with boba. Add additional ice to glass, if desired. Serve with boba (wide) straw.
