Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup dry quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons COFFEE-MATE® natural bliss® Vanilla Plant Based Half & Half
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries and/or banana), cut into bite-size pieces

Directions

PLACE quinoa, water, Coffee-mate natural bliss Half & Half and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Stir in honey to taste.

SERVE topped with fruit.
