Ingredients

  • 1 pack (100 grams) frozen berry acai, slightly defrosted or 1 tablespoon of acai powder plus a few ice cubes
  • 1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons COFFEE-MATE® natural bliss® Sweet Crème All-Natural Coconut Milk Coffee Creamer
  • Toppings: lowfat granola, chopped almonds, crushed pistachios, fresh sliced fruit or berries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, toasted coconut flakes, raw honey, bee pollen, ground flax seed, dried goji berries (optional)

Directions

PLACE acai, banana, berries, coconut water and Coffee-mate natural bliss Coconut Milk Creamer in a high-powered blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

POUR acai mixture into a bowl; top as desired. Serve immediately.
