Easy Hot Cocoa Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Dark or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/4 cup COFFEE-MATE® Toasted Mocha Marshmallow Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

MICROWAVE morsels and Coffee-mate Marshmallow Hot Cocoa Flavor Liquid in medium, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 40 seconds; whisk until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes, whisking occasionally.

BEAT cream in large mixer bowl until cream just holds stiff peaks. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into dessert cups and refrigerate for 4 hours or up to 2 days.

Cook’s Tip: Serve topped with fresh berries!
