Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons COFFEE-MATE® Butterscotch Latte Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer
  • 3/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375°F.

COMBINE flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats. Drop by rounded tablespoon, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are set and centers are still soft. Cool for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

COMBINE morsels and Coffee-mate Butterscotch Latte Flavor Liquid in a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth, microwaving for a few more seconds if necessary. Spread a small amount on each cookie.
