Ingredients

  • 1 cup COFFEE-MATE® Fat Free French Vanilla Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 7 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups milk

Directions

COMBINE milk, Coffee-mate Fat Free French Vanilla Flavor Liquid and cornstarch in large saucepan; whisk until well combined. Whisk in eggs until well combined. Heat mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a gentle boil. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; pour into 6 individual dessert bowls. Let cool at room temperature. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
