Ingredients

  • 5 cups water
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 3 cups fat free milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup COFFEE-MATE® natural bliss® Pumpkin Spice Flavor All-Natural Coffee Creamer
  • 1/3 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions

PLACE water and rice into a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan; heat over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, boil gently for 5 minutes.

STIR in milk, sugar, Coffee-mate natural bliss Creamer, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

SERVE warm or cold and sprinkled with additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
